What is timebanking- A time bank is a community-based, non-monetary exchange system where members earn "time credits" for providing services to others, which can then be used to "purchase" services from any other member.In a time bank, an hour of service provided by one person earns them one credit, regardless of the nature of the service, and that credit can be exchanged for an hour of help from any other member.This system aims to build stronger, more connected communities by valuing everyone's contributions, creating local networks, and meeting unmet needs without using cash.
